Any organization or individual seeing the need for a controlled approach to managing programmes. This course is suitable for programme directors, programme managers, programme support staff, business change managers and senior managers from any discipline involved in major business change wishing to obtain the Office of Government Commerce’s (OGC) Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) qualifications.
Summary
The UK Office of Government Commerce’s (OGC) MSP method is becoming accepted as the leading best practice programme management approach.

The Advanced Practitioner qualification is for delegates who have current experience of programme management and knowledge of MSP and wish to develop their skills to the highest level.
